ps4 call of duty cold war campaign not installed

It was released on November 5 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. Im none of these instructions worked, I have every single pack downloaded & its been saying downloa suspended, checked my add on & found 4 multi-player packs the needed downloaded, downloaded them all which took about 2 days, however after downloading everything my multi-player downloads has been saying waiting to get installed for the last 3 days, at this point its something activision is doing, idk if its to get us to purchase Vanguard however, after this bs ive decided to leave the Call of duty franchise alone, for i have the disk & i shouldn’t have to keep installing & reinstalling the same thing over & over again, you guys owe us some money back, the only reason i even have a gaming console was soley for call of duty, idc about any other games on the ps4 network, not saying the suck, im letting you guys know how much i like the Call Of Duty franchise, I brought all mines from game stop & played all of em & never had this kind of issue with none of its predecessors.Call of Duty: Vanguard is a 2021 first-person shooter game developed by Sledgehammer Games and published by Activision.
